Not sure how their quality of repairs is, but I brought my VW in on a Friday morning for repairs, car was barely running. They did tell me it would be a couple days to take care of it. Called them back on Tuesday, and they hadn't even taken a look at it..... Over 48 hours on their lot (and this doesn't include any Saturday or Sunday hours, but I would expect most service centers would have hours on Saturday as well), and not even looked at, to decide if you need to order parts, etc. Had AAA pick up the car and deliver to another shop.
